We’ve been working with Gatwick Airport since 2014, helping them provide out of hours customer care for passengers using the airport.
Gatwick Airport are a pioneer in the social media customer service space and they have the accolades to prove it, including a recent recognition as one of the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service in the UK.
The Marketing Society Excellence Awards have been an institution for the past 31 years and are one of the UK’s leading marketing awards.
