Introducing CommuniTEA

A new community database from Social Element

 

First introduced as part of the Hootsuite trends report 2025, CommuniTEA is a one-of-a-kind methodology that provides brands with the richest social data there is – what communities actually care about.

After spending 22 years living in the comments section, the 179+ strong team in Social Element’s community department  have built up a wealth of data across multiple markets, sectors and platforms. Data which is not available via any platform API.

As an added value service to Social Element’s clients including global names such as Nissan, Visa, Mondelez and Diageo this database will enable brands to unlock growth on social.
