Career Paths at The Social Element - Tanya
Tanya Van Esser, Account Director, joined The Social Element in January 2008 as a freelance Moderator. She is now one of our team of Account Directors, which means she manages a Client Services team, and is responsible for building amazing relationships with our flagship clients. Tanya worked her way up to this position by being promoted to Project Team Leader, Account Manager and Senior Account Manager roles.
Career Paths at The Social Element - Richard
Richard Simcott, Languages Director, joined The Social Element in February 2008 as a freelance Moderator. His path to Languages Director has involved several roles, including Production Manager and Head of Languages. Richard travels the world – representing the agency and sourcing new talent – all the while making the most of his passion and skill for languages.
