Social platforms aren’t just places to broadcast monologues; they’re interactive and conversational spaces where things go both ways.
Too often, organisations keep these interactions surface level and vacuous; not good enough when we’re dealing with something so serious and lives are at stake.



The Answer
We embraced a bold brand tone to help actively tackle important mental health issues, being brave enough to do the right thing.
We used social conversation to unpack the tough topics, big and small, living the mission of Mind even when it wasn’t easy.
