Meet our new Managing Director (UK & Europe), Linn Frost

I am really thrilled to share the news that we’ve appointed the amazing Linn Frost as our first ever MD of the UK and Europe.

Linn Frost joins us from Virgin Red, Virgin’s rewards club, where she was marketing director and oversaw a multimedia marketing drive to reach new audiences for the brand. She understands our world, too – she has 20 years’ experience agency-side with brands including Ogilvy and Truant London, working with top brands such as Bacardi and Dove. It gives her a great perspective on how to have a great client / agency relationship, from both sides. 

We were lucky enough to have Linn Frost as a guest on our Genuine Humans podcast, where she talked about how she got into an industry she’s always loved, the people who’ve inspired her (including our own Emma Harris), and why she values looking after people over everything. 

Linn will be helping us grow our business across Europe, building our creative and strategic capabilities, developing new clients and making sure we continue to deliver the high-quality work that our clients love us for.

She’s also very committed to helping us improve our diversity, including neuro-diversity. 

She’s the perfect person to lead us to even bigger and better things, and is a passionate believer in our approach of creating genuine human connections for our clients.
